At CURIO at Faena Bazaar, we strive to ensure your designer acquisitions are perfect; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, tagged items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain high-luxury pieces and final sale items are exempt from our standard return policy.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all security tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our curated quality control team inspects the garment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
